Welcome to suci56. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the suci56 website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") provided by suci56 ("we", "us", "our", "Company"). By registering an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you ("User", "Member", "Player", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account you create on the Platform to access our services.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a game, sporting event, or other gambling activity offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free bet, or other incentive provided by suci56 to Members, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds from your payment method to your Account for the purpose of placing Bets.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, slot machine, sports betting market, or other gambling product available on the Platform.
• "Platform" means the suci56 website located at https://suci56.cam, all subdomains, mobile applications, and related services.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from your Account to your designated payment method.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To use the Platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from creating an Account or using the Platform.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian national identification card (KTP).
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling activities or listed on any gambling prohibition register.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When creating an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete.
• Create only one Account per person, household, and IP address. Multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Keep your username, password, and Account credentials confidential and secure.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your Account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

suci56 is required by law to verify the identity of all Members. You agree to provide the following documents upon request:

• Valid Indonesian national identification card (KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government document).
• Selfie photograph holding your identification card next to your face for visual verification.
• Additional documentation as may be required to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds. We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time. Your first Withdrawal will not be processed until identity verification is complete.

3. DEPOSITS AND ACCOUNT FUNDING

3.1 Payment Methods

suci56 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bank Danamon, and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

3.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
• Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your verification level and payment method.
• Deposits are processed instantly in most cases but may take up to 15 minutes during peak periods.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• All funds deposited must be from legitimate sources. We reserve the right to investigate the source of funds and request supporting documentation.
• suci56 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees.

4. WITHDRAWALS

4.1 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by suci56.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 30 minutes. Larger withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours.
• You must complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Bonus Terms below.
• We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals to prevent fraud and money laundering.

4.2 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be delayed, restricted, or denied in the following circumstances:

• Incomplete or pending identity verification.
• Suspicious activity, including but not limited to bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent behavior.
• Outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• Investigation of potential Terms violations.
• Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.

5. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS

5.1 Bonus Terms

suci56 offers various bonuses and promotions to Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional players and bonus abusers will be excluded.
• Each bonus has specific terms including minimum deposit amount, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration period.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 1,000,000 bonus means you must place Rp 30,000,000 in total bets before withdrawing.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less or be excluded entirely.
• Maximum bet limits apply while wagering bonus funds. Exceeding the maximum bet may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless otherwise stated.
• suci56 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

6. BETTING RULES AND GAME TERMS

6.1 General Betting Rules

• All Bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be canceled, amended, or reversed except in cases of obvious technical error.
• We reserve the right to refuse or limit any Bet at our discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity or if accepting the Bet would expose us to unacceptable risk.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error, all affected Bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your Bet selections before confirmation. We are not liable for errors you make when placing Bets.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• All sports Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body or sports authority.
• If a sporting event is postponed or abandoned, Bets will be voided unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours.
• Live in-play betting odds are subject to rapid change. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the Bet is placed.
• We reserve the right to suspend markets or refuse Bets if we suspect insider information, match-fixing, or other integrity concerns.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes.
• Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and payout tables are available within each game's information section.
• In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the last action taken.
• Malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a game malfunctions, all Bets will be refunded.

7. RESPONSIBLE GAMING

suci56 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help you maintain control over your gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts per day, week, or month.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session duration to avoid prolonged play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or indefinitely.
• Reality Checks: Receive notifications reminding you of time spent and amounts won or lost.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Creating multiple Accounts or allowing others to use your Account.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds from third-party sources or using stolen payment methods.
• Colluding with other players, match-fixing, or engaging in any form of cheating or fraudulent behavior.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place Bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal purpose.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through coordinated play or multiple Accounts.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Platform's security.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

9. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND CLOSURE

9.1 Suspension by suci56

We reserve the right to suspend or close your Account at any time if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
• You fail to provide requested verification documents.
• You engage in abusive behavior toward staff or other Members.
• Required by law or regulatory authorities.

9.2 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

• Any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees.
• All pending Bets will be settled according to their outcomes.
• Unclaimed bonuses will be forfeited.
• You will not be permitted to reopen your Account for a minimum of 6 months.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of suci56 or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law:

• suci56 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions, or third-party payment provider issues.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless suci56, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your use or misuse of the Platform.
• Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your Account.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which suci56 is licensed and regulated. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

14. AMENDMENTS

suci56 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must close your Account before the changes take effect.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.
